Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is people-focused, organized, and capable of handling a variety of HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Assist with employee relations by responding to employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues with discretion and fairness.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Administer benefits and leave of absence programs; assist employees with enrollment and questions.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in developing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist with payroll processing and HRIS data updates.
• Coordinate and support training and development efforts.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
